‘It’s not your usual retro’
There’s enough rattle and hum to give it character, but not enough to intrude. It looks good enough to make you smile when you open the garage door, without being a V4-esque enabler for the vain. It elicits smiles from passers by, even though they’ve got their fingers in their ears – and every time you stop and switch it off, you just want to get it going again. This is not your usual retro.
Is it as refined as a Ducati Scrambler or a Triumph Street Twin? No – but it’s more characterful, interesting, individual and endearing.
