2019-2020 Honda CB500X

New longer-travel suspension, 19in front wheel, ergonomics, styling and engine tweaks combine to make a good bike even better. The tank is narrower for better accessibility, a bigger airbox helps unlock more mid-range grunt.

2016-2018 Honda CB500X

A light tweak addresses a few niggles and sees the 2016 model get an LED headlamp, slightly taller screen, span-adjustable brake lever as well as adjustable preload front and rear.

2013-2015 Honda CB500X

The third model in Honda’s new CB500 range received adventure styling, longer suspension and a roomy, upright riding position. Basic LCD dash, cast wheels and wide bars. At 47bhp it’s also A2 licence compliant.

2013-2019 Honda CB500F

Naked roadster version provides the basis for the X and uses the same tubular steel frame and 47bhp 471cc parallel-twin motor. There’s ABS and a slick six-speed gearbox. It’s classy, fun and frugal.
