ENDURO AFRICA

Taking part in this charity rally in 2008 kickstarted Steph’s love for off-road riding and gave her a taste for the reward to be had from pushing beyond your limits. “It was so tough we thought we were going to die, but at the end I wanted to do it again!”

GOING GLOBAL

The start of Steph’s epic 2014 journey to ride on all seven continents. As she says: “What on Earth have I done, am I really the sort of person who can do this?”

ANTARCTICA 2015

Once Steph had found someone to take her, she still had to endure one of the world’s most dangerous sea crossings. “So many people said ‘you can’t do it’ and I didn’t believe it myself until I got there. It was just a perfect moment.”

EVEREST 2019

Steph led a group of women to base camp. “It was about taking people out of their comfort zone knowing they’ll hate you for it before appreciating it at the end.”
