Rea to help launch Crescent Yamaha Southampton store on Friday April 12
On the evening of Friday, April 12 and the morning of Saturday, April 13, World Superbike and motorcycling fans will have the exclusive opportunity to meet Yamaha’s surprise 2024 signing, six-time World Champion Jonathan Rea, as he visits Crescent’s all-new Yamaha Southampton showroom.
The weekend marks the launch of Crescent’s latest expansion of its Yamaha partnership. On the VIP Friday evening, fans will have the chance to engage with WorldSBK’s most successful rider of all time with an insightful Q&A session where he’ll delve into the highs and lows of his career so far and what motivated him to join the Crescentrun Factory Yamaha squad.
If fans can’t make the exclusive Friday evening event, Crescent Yamaha Southampton extends the celebratory atmosphere into
Saturday with the opportunity to meet JR in the morning. Take full advantage of unrepeatable deals across clothing, accessories, and much more.
The day will feature exclusive new Yamaha bike offers, official Yamaha paddock clothing, workshop promotions, test rides across the full Yamaha line-up, and competitions offering guests the chance to win remarkable prizes while keeping topped up by on-site food and drink.
Also on display for the first time will be two new Limited Edition Crescent Yamaha R1s, both officially endorsed by the Pata Prometeon WorldSBK team and Rea himself. Delivered in a choice of either Rea’s “stealth” Winter Test design or full 2024 Race Team colours, this £29,995 road or trackday R1 features a host of performance upgrades across suspension, brakes, performance, and race-spec accessories.
