I honestly think the Kawasaki is better than it might appear. I know Lee Jackson got going on it at the end of the year to salvage his season and by the end of it he was up there and reliably in those top-five positions.

the sharpest and I don’t think it has the best power delivery, but as a package it’s a decent race bike.
I also really like the bosses Nigel Snook and Darren Fry and think they run a friendly environment. The technicians that work for them stay there a long time and I reckon they are easy to talk to and easy to work with. And sometimes that can make a difference and I hope it can for Jason O’Halloran and Max Cook this year.
What you need in BSB is a bike that is reasonably competitive in all areas, it needs to not have too many weaknesses and also not scare the bejesus out of you – the Kawasaki might actually be that bike.
I don’t believe it rails a corner like a Yamaha can, but it works at tracks from Thruxton to Knockhill. It’s a decent bike.
