Di Giannantonio limits damage
Gresini Honda rider Fabio Di Giannantonio helped limit the damage to team-mate Jorge Martin’s title aspirations by winning Sunday’s Moto3 race at Brno while Martin looked on with a broken wrist. Falling in practice and breaking his left radius, Martin flew immediately to Barcelona for surgery and hopes to return this weekend in Austria. Title rival Marco Bezzecchi could only come sixth, leaving the lightweight crown up for grabs. Di Giannantonio won from Aron Canet, and home hero Jakub Kornfeil.
