Miller museum plans blocked

Hopes to expand the popular Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum in New Milton, Hampshire, received a setback after local councillors rejected the plans. The proposed two-storey extension had been criticised for its size and design. A spokesman for the museum responded: “We urgently need more library and archive storage and cataloguing facilities, which this extension would have provided.”
