Öhlins sell-out

The founder of suspension mega-brand Öhlins, Kenth Öhlin, has announced the sale of a majority share of the company to Tenneco, a long-term partner of the business. The company will now be a subsidiary of Tenneco (best known for Monroe automotive shocks), offering them a premium brand that allows rapid expansion into new markets on two wheels and four, and bolstering their 90-million-unit automotive shock production.
