He’s learned how to be adaptable
It took time for Lorenzo to evolve his style for the Ducati, changing how he carried corner speed and becoming more aggressive on the brakes. His experience seems to have made him more adaptable, with BT Sport pundit Michael Laverty telling MCN he already looks more natural.
“I thought there would be a transition period, but he already looks more comfortable than he did on the Ducati during year one. The Honda looks somewhere in between the Ducati and the Yamaha, and he seems to be able to use that silky-smooth style he has and turn it even with a lot of corner speed.”
