1. Arai RX7 Haslam £350
I got it in the sale; it should’ve been £850 but I got it for £350! I’m really pleased with it. It’s a racing helmet so it’s a little bit noisy but the vents work really well, which was very useful in the summer that we’ve just had. I’ve never had a sweaty head while wearing it!
2. RST Blade jacket £169 and jeans £139
I always wear leather unless I know it’s definitely going to rain. I just feel safer in it. I’ve had this two-piece for three years now and it’s comfy, fits nicely and feels really protective.
3. RST Tractech Evo gloves £63
They feel protective, keep your hands dry and aren’t too bulky either. I wear them for the whole season.
4. T-Rex crash bungs £133 These bungs came from the States, I like them because you don’t have to drill a hole in the fairing like you do with R&G ones.
5. RST Tractech Evo £99 These are properly waterproof. I found that out when I was coming back from my Scottish trip when it rained the whole way home. They’re three years old and wearing well.
