BMW’s custom bobber

BMW Motorrad exhibited this bonkers boxer-engined custom at the German Custombike Show at the weekend. Dubbed ‘Maximator’, it’s based on an R1200C and was built by BMW development engineer Ulf Musekamp who was involved in developing the BMW R nineT family. Does this mean the much-rumoured BMW cruiser is on its way after all?
