Male Suicide

in England and Wales in 2019 was the highest since 2000, recently released figures from the Office for National Statistics show. From a total of 5,691 deaths registered as suicide, 4,303 of them were men. Since the recession of 2008, men aged between 45 and 49 have been the group at highest risk.
