BENT-OVER ROW MASTER THE MOVEMENTS

-

• Push hips back and maintain a straight back.

• Grip the bar (over or underhand will work).

• Pull the bar to your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together through the pull while maintainin­g that straight back.

• Slowly lower the bar to the start position and repeat. HOW TO DO THE MORE COMPLEX EXERCISES IN THE PROGRAMME
