38% of Brits move more now than they did before the first lockdown.
34% tried a new kind of exercise in a bid to stay active in 2020.
33% have taken up running.
85% said they now prefer to workout at home, and nearly three quarters (71%) said they’ll continue to exercise at home.
61% said lockdown made it easier to eat more healthily, and over half (57%) said they now make a more conscious effort to check food packaging and the nutrients in the food they eat.
