HOW IT WORKS

This programme is designed to improve strength, cardiovasc­ular fitness and lean muscle. “This is the type of training that leaves your body shaking, your heart pounding and your muscles pumping,” says Morgan. “It’s designed to challenge you both physically and mentally – even scare you a little. The aim of this bootcamp is to make a change and take you to the next level.”

First you will start with a Fitness Test to check your current level. Every week there will be three workouts: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For anyone who’s got the time and inclinatio­n, there will also be bonus weekend workouts for you to complete.

While there’s no need for additional weights, if you do want to increase the challenge you can follow Morgan’s lead and wear a weighted vest.
