Relieve tight hips and stretch your legs with the squat to hamstring stretch

• Hinge from the hips to grab the ends of your toes.

• Now squat down, keeping hold of your toes.

• While still holding on, straighten your legs as much as you can – you should feel a good stretch in your hamstrings.

• Release your hold and straighten up, then repeat.
