- 150g beef stir-fry strips

- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

- 3 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry

- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder - 2 tsp corn flour

- 250g dried egg noodles

- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil

- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced

- 250g broccoli florets

- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

- 1 inch piece of ginger root cut into matchstick­s

- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
