2. DUMBBELL KNEELING ISO SHOULDER PRESS

Benefits: By kneeling, you won’t be able to ‘swing’ the weight up or use any undue momentum. This exercise will build size and strength in the delts, and forces the core to stabilise an uneven load.

Don’t quite lock out at the top, in order to keep optimal tension throughout the movement, and keep your core engaged at all times.
