16\ ACTIVE FARMER’S WALK 5 SETS OF 20M
This is no walk in the park. Build traps to rival Tom Hardy’s with this variation on the farmer’s walk. Pick up heavy kettlebells ( A) and shrug your shoulders up toward your ears. Hold the contraction and walk 20m ( B). If you can’t go the full length in one go, drop the weights when you can no longer keep your traps engaged. Rest, then carry on to complete the length.
