17\ SLED FACE CURL 3 SETS OF 12 REPS

OK, so there’s no need to dismiss curling entirely. Attach a set of straps to a sled and take a big step back, holding the straps with your arms extended and hips hinged forward ( A). Curl toward your face with palms facing toward you ( B). The curl will pull the sled closer to you, so after each rep, step back a little before you go again. Rest after 12 reps.
