19\ BATTLE ROPE OVERHEAD PRESS 3 SETS OF 10 REPS

This variation of the press looks simple but your front delts will need to generate a lot of force to push the ropes overhead. Hold the battle ropes by your chest, knees bent. Keeping tension in your body, lean back so the ropes are keeping you upright ( A). Press the ropes overhead ( B), then lower them back to your chest and repeat. It’s not as easy as it looks.
