To build your rear delts and shape your shoulders, you need to be doing upright rows. Attach a set of straps to a weighted sled, and step back with your arms extended ( A). Using an overhand grip, explosivel­y row the straps up toward your shoulders, driving your elbows up and back ( B). As the sled is pulled forward, step back for the next rep.
