There’s no clearer sign of how mainstream “wellness” has become than the public demand for an avocado emoji. Where once the keyboard was dominated by pizza and fries, recent introductions include coconuts, broccoli and leafy greens. Inspired, we challenged nutritionist Joe Sexton to create a macrobalanced meal out of the icons on his iphone:
