Bulk cook this healthy tagliatell­e bolognese when you’re entertaini­ng and everyone will be happy. Finely chop your garlic and add it to a pre-heated pan, greased with 1kcal Frylight Olive Oil Spray.

Once your garlic is sizzling, add your mince to the pan and cook until browned. Throw in your chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper before lowering the heat and leaving to simmer.

Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil, add your tagliatell­e and cook until it’s al dente. Combine with your cooked beef and tomato mixture – this is your sauce. Plate up, grate your cheese over the top, enjoy.
