Spray Frylight into a pre-heated pan and add your king prawns, letting them sizzle until they’re pink throughout. Throw in your mixed vegetables, cooking until they start to soften.

While your prawns are frying, pierce your bag of butternut squash noodles on both sides before placing it in the microwave for the time prescribed on the pack.

When your king prawns, noodles and vegetables are all cooked, pour them into a bowl and dress with your soy and ginger sauce, topped with cashews. Dinner is served.
