02C SPIDER-MAN PLANK 3 SETS OF 10 REPS EACH SIDE

This is an abs-killer. Assume the plank position, with your arms at 90° and your feet together (A). Your body should form a straight line from your heels to your head. Bring your right knee up towards your right elbow (B). Switch sides. Rest for two minutes after three non-stop circuits.
