02 HOLD ON TIGHT
After your final pull-up, stay on the bar. Lower into a full dead hang and settle your heart rate. With your arms and torso outstretched, your diaphragm is compressed, making breathing difficult. Watch the clock, hold tight for the minute, and consider why we refer to this as a “stress position”. As a new minute strikes, drop from the bar and move into your next round of burpee pull-ups.
