Favourite cardio? Swimming.
It’s low impact and full body. You work your upper body, your core, your legs, your breathing. Your breath is so important for your mental state and staying calm. Swimming really helps me, because I’ve had so many injuries. The water keeps my joints comfortable. I often use it as a warm-up for my strength workouts.
Frenemy exercise? Kettlebell swings.
Workout anthem? “BB King Freestyle” by Lil Wayne and Drake.
Jedi mind trick?
Descending ladders.
You start with 10 reps, then nine, and keep going down to one. It tricks your mind, because when you only have five left, you say, “Only five? I can do five.” And you push and push yourself.
Cheat meal? Lasagne.
Heroes? My parents.
