This two-part session starts with a sweatinduc­ing sprint, then moves into a 10round test of your grit. Perform the first two moves back to back; start at 15 reps of each, followed by 12 and 6. Rest for three minutes, before tackling the second two moves as a circuit for a full 10 rounds, aiming for the quickest time possible.
