01 GET OVER IT
Whether you’re working with a dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, or anything else, set it down next to you. Start the timer, squat and place your hands on the ground. Jump your legs back, finishing at the top of a press-up. Lower your chest, then press up explosively. Jump your feet forward and leap in the air, moving over the top of your object laterally. Land on the other side, and repeat for a total of four reps.
