Whether you’re working with a dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, or anything else, set it down next to you. Start the timer, squat and place your hands on the ground. Jump your legs back, finishing at the top of a press-up. Lower your chest, then press up explosivel­y. Jump your feet forward and leap in the air, moving over the top of your object laterally. Land on the other side, and repeat for a total of four reps.
