B1 GOBLET CYCLIST SQUAT
20 REPS
This one may burn. Raise your heels up on a weight plate or book, keeping your feet within 6in of each other, and hold your dumbbell close to your chest. Squat down (A), then stand up explosively, stopping just short of locking your legs out (B). Repeat for 20 reps.
B2 SPLIT SQUAT JUMP
20 REPS
We can promise this one will burn. Step one foot backward and sink into a deep lunge (A). Explode upward, switching legs in mid-air (B) and landing with the opposite leg forward. Repeat, alternating legs with each rep.
