01/ BARBELL DEADLIFT
‘To avoid injury, I train the muscles that make a big difference, like those around your knees. To do that, I tend to go heavy on these lifts.’
02/ JUMP TRAINING
‘I practise 360-degree jumps that mirror what I do during a frontside grab. I get as much height as possible and then will grab my toes.’
03/ RAISED TRICEPS DIP
‘Upper body strength is essential in the water. I make this harder by raising my feet and putting more pressure on my arms.’
