01 SPIDER-MAN LUNGE & TWIST Set up in press-up position, then move your right foot alongside your right arm. Raise your right hand towards the ceiling. Reverse.
02 SHOULDER-TAP PRESS-UP Do a press-up. Lift your left hand and tap your right shoulder. Return to press-up position and repeat on the other side.
03 STAGGERED-STANCE SQUAT Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Line your right toe up with your left heel. Lift your right heel. Lower into a squat and stand up. That’s one rep.
