I SCRAPED FOUR HOURS’ SLEEP LAST NIGHT AND IT SHOWS.

Anything I can do to look freshfaced for my 9am client meeting?
Ice, ice, baby! Inadequate sleep means that your skin hasn’t had sufficient time to recuperate. This is particularly apparent over areas of naturally thin skin (think under your eyes). Applying anything cold to the area will help – cold spoons, cucumber slices, teabags etc.
Is there something I can do without raiding the work kitchen?
Move. Anything that gets your pulse racing will boost your circulation and revitalise dull, sallow, sleep-deprived skin.
How about something a bit, erm, easier?
Purchasing a concealer that matches your skintone can be a lifesaver. When used correctly, it can almost completely hide dark circles under your eyes.
Got it! Tbh, even after seven hours’ kip, I sometimes look a bit worse for wear.
Consider buying a silk pillowcase. While it might sound indulgent, pressing your face against cotton for several hours a night causes friction that can aggravate skin. And who knows? It might even help you sleep better, too.
