01 CLOSE-GRIP PRESS-UP

Start in press-up position, your hands narrower than shoulder width. Lower down and press back up. That’s 1 rep.

02 BODY-WEIGHT SQUAT

Start standing, your feet shoulder-width apart. Squat down, bending at your knees and hips; stand up. That’s 1 rep.

03 SHADOW-BOX

Assume a boxer’s stance, with your knees bent, hands in front of your face, weight on the balls of your feet. Throw punches for 40 secs.
