DIRECTIONS: Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Do 4 rounds
01/ TYRE FLIP
Squat in front of a tyre and, keeping your core tight, explosively lift the tyre and push it over. Run to the other side of it and repeat. No tyre handy? Do kettlebell swings instead.
02/ BATTLE-ROPE STAR JUMP
Holding a battle rope in each hand, begin to do star jumps. Instead of clapping your hands above your head, though, raise your arms so they’re just higher than parallel to the floor.
03/ BALL SLAM
Hold a medicine ball at your chest, then raise it overhead, arching your back and rising on to your tiptoes. Slam it down, bending your knees and pushing your bum back. Grab the ball and repeat.
04/ PLANK UP
Start in an elbow plank, abs and glutes tight. Place your right hand on the floor and press up; do the same on the left. Lower to your elbows. Do another rep, this time leading with the left.
