BERRY BLAST SUPER SHAKE

• 175g frozen mixed berries
• 1 scoop strawberry whey protein powder
• 225g baby spinach
• 1 tsp ground flaxseed
• 250ml semi-skimmed milk
METHOD
Combine the berries, protein powder, spinach and flaxseed, then purée. Add the milk and whizz again until ready.
