THE AMITY AFFLICTION

New music, new heartbreak

-

The Aussie metalcore mob say there’s “no rush” for the followup to 2016’s This Could Be Heartbreak, but we should expect a “big leap forward”. Screamer Joel Birch says fans shouldn’t expect the album to reflect his politicised social media presence, however. “I have strong views, but I’m not interested in this band being the vehicle for that,” he states. “There are people hurting on both sides of politics.” Expect more emotional gutpunches near the tail end of this year.
