What do avatar get up to on days off on tour?

“We like to cram in as many shows as possible but our crew disagree with that, so if we have our one day off per week, my main activity is doing absolutely nothing and having a proper biblical resting day. It’s nice to get out of a moving vehicle and lie in a bed that doesn’t move. I like to be very still because on show days, on top of performing, most of us have pretty intense workout regimens to keep some structure in our lives, and I feel that’s really beneficial to the show. I travel with a jump rope and I get inventive with weight exercises around the venue.”
