“He’s the godfather. I first met Alice in 1994 at a heavy metal convention. We stayed real tight since. Early on, we’d talk on the phone but I was kind of nervous – he’d call and go, ‘Hey, it’s the Coop’, and I’d be like, ‘Oh my god!’ As the years went on, we became close – we did songs together, we toured together, which was a blast. I love Alice, he’s the best.”
