Let’s Boogie! Live From Telia Parken

UMG Hugely popular Danish rockers have a rapturous homecoming

Onstage is where Volbeat truly shine. However decent their studio recordings might be, put them in front of even a few people and the band’s individual brand of rock’n’roll, punk and metal comes into its own. Put them in front of nearly 50,000 crazy fans, as documented here in their home town, and Volbeat are irresistible. Filmed and recorded last year, the band revel in the environment. They crank out an inimitable string of stirring anthems, joined at various moments of this two-hourplus performance by guests such as Mille Petrozza, Barney Greenway, Danko Jones and Lars Ulrich, the last named sitting behind the drum kit for two songs, including Enter Sandman. This is stadium rock for modern times.

FOR FANS OF: Backyard Babies, Fozzy, Murderdolls
