Riffy Richmond heavy metal traditionalists turn to the green
The self-titled debut from Richmond heavy metal hopefuls Wolftooth set its stall out in no uncertain terms: 70s-era heavy metal worship pure and simple, delivered with fervour and a bag of riffs just massive enough to rise to the top. Valhalla sees the band take a decidedly more stonerinflected direction whilst still retaining the heavy metal grandeur that made them feel so colossal on their first outing.
