Driver has 78 points in four years – and he’s still on the road
BRITAIN’S worst driver still behind the wheel is a man who has racked up 78 points in just four years.
The serial offender, from Bradford, West Yorkshire, is one of 10,858 still driving despite exceeding the 12-point limit, with 261 having more than 20. If offenders are banned or jailed, their points stay on their licence for up to four years when they successfully re-apply for it.
