Fans of the finer wines in life need to get onto this. For those not yet in the know, Hedonism (inset below left) is a Mayfair-based wine mecca; part-wine emporium, part-James Bond villain lair. They are running online tutored wine tastings, hosted by their sparky resident educator, Sherry Rose Stolar. The drill includes purchasing the wines in advance, logging on at the designated time, either to interact with full visibility, or simply sip anonymously.
