Nazanin’s furlough from Iran prison is extended

-

THE temporary release of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe from a Tehran jail has been extended again, her MP said. The British-Iranian is staying with her parents after being freed from Evin prison on March 17 due to Iran’s Covid19 outbreak. She had been imprisoned on spying claims, which she denies. ‘Nazanin is NOT going back to prison today,’ Labour’s Tulip Siddiq tweeted, adding the government must ‘make sure her furlough is made permanent’.
