Bowlers loosening up for their solo sessions at county grounds
UP TO 18 bowlers will take part in individualised training sessions across seven county grounds from today.
Edgbaston, Old Trafford, Emirates Riverside, the Oval, Trent Bridge, Taunton and Hove will each host at least one session this week before a full rollout from Monday.
The England and Wales Cricket Board says the bowlers, whose identities have not been confirmed but could include Test stars like Stuart Broad (above), will have their temperatures checked but no tests for coronavirus are planned.
A physiotherapist will be at each venue to oversee each session and observe. Coaches will start to return next week but batsmen and wicketkeepers are unlikely to be back before June.
