GOOD DEED FEED

I wanted to say a huge thank you to everybody who came to my aid when I fell off my bike, landing on my face, at Rush Green, Romford, on Sunday. This includes the paramedics and the medical staff, but I wanted to say a special thanks to Anthony, who very kindly drove my battered self and what’s left of my bike back to Forest Gate (and didn’t even ask for petrol money).

I had a few stitches and need some fillings, so I won’t be smiling for a couple of weeks, but thankfully no broken bones. You’ve all reassured my faith in humanity.
