STAG-GERING SIGHT AS ALBINO BUCK POSES FOR SNAP IN SNOWY GARDEN
IT COULD be a scene from a Christmas card... a majestic white deer was snapped in the snow after appearing in woman’s garden in the US.
Tracy Weese, 40, was ‘in awe’ when she spotted this albino stag out of her kitchen window in
Boulder Junction, Wisconsin.
The emergency service dispatcher quickly captured the ‘amazing’ sight.
And the buck – who was so impressive Ms Weese branded him ‘His Majesty’ – even seemed to strike a pose, showing off his antlers. ‘I was at my kitchen window washing dishes when I saw him standing on the hill in my back yard – I couldn’t believe it,’ she said. ‘I quickly grabbed my cell phone to take some pictures because he looked so beautiful. ‘I was in awe that he seemed to be posing for my photos.
‘It really was an amazing sight.’ She explained the buck was fully albino – with the brown spot on his head ‘from him rubbing his antlers on trees when shedding his white velvet’. Albino deer are a rare sight as many have genetic issues and struggle to survive.
