Priest and dominatrixes had sex on church’s altar
A PRIEST and two dominatrixes caught filming their threesome on a church altar have had obscenity charges dropped – and been accused of vandalism instead.
A passer-by who looked through a window spotted Fr Travis Clark, 37, having sex inside with Mindy Dixon, 41, and Melissa Cheng, 28, who were wearing corsets and high heels.
Police recovered sex toys, lighting and recording equipment from Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pearl River, Louisiana.
Dixon and Cheng told officers they had filming ‘role play’ with Clark.
Their lawyers said the session took place behind closed doors on private property. And they argued that the passer-by should be prosecuted.
Bradley Phillips, the women’s lawyer, said: ‘The district attorney has rightfully chosen to not pursue obscenity charges against my clients. Instead, after waiting nearly six months, the state has decided to move forward with a lesser charge of “institutionalised vandalism”.
‘This is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to regulate the morality of private individuals.
‘My clients look forward to their day in court to fight this baseless allegation,’ he told DailyMail.com. ‘Just because you don’t like something, doesn’t make it criminal.’ The church’s altar was burned and replaced with a new one consecrated in a service last October.
Ms Cheng has launched a funding campaign, saying: ‘I’m an empowered woman, dominatrix, and believer of safe, sane, consensual, and private BDSM.
‘Bail, time off work, time spent in jail, lawyer fees, and the toll on my mental and physical well being has amounted to no small price.’
