AACK WHITEHALL will be masking his personal worries when he returns to host The Brits tonight – his girlfriend Roxy Horner was ih in hospital this week.

The 29-year-old model revealed her anguish in a string of Instagram posts from her hospital bed, saying she couldn’t decide whether to ‘laugh or cry’.

But last night she posted, ‘I can leave tonight’, meaning that at least she wouldn’t be in hospital while he was presenting music’s big night.

Roxy, who has been loved-up with the comedian since last year, is being treated for an autoimmune disease.

While in hospital she put on a brave face for a selfie that she captioned: ‘Ever stare life right in the face like really??

‘Currently sitting in hospital not knowing to laugh or cry every 5 mins but I’m going to choose to try and laugh because life is too damn short.’

She added: ‘Screw autoimmune diseases though!’

Roxy described 32-year-old Jack as her rock. Sharing a picture of the coupcouple,e, sshee sasaid:d: ‘I’m so luckyucy aandd grateful for my man, my biggest support through everything. I don’t know k what I would have done this p past year without you.’

Jack’s actress mum Hilary Gish c commented: ‘Take care and hope you u a are quickly on the mend. X.’

Jack, hosting The Brits for the fo fourth time, will be needed for r rehearsals today at London’s O2. The e event is a major test for the government, which is allowing a live indoor event without social distancing for the first time since pandemic restrictio­ns were imposed.

Meanwhile, Sir Elton John hinted last night that he has signed up to a last-minute surprise appearance with the cast of It’s A Sin, including Years & Years star Olly Alexander.
